We arrived at our Mission through consultation with all staff and lots of parents and children when I first started at Western Heights, nearly five years ago.
We asked our "stakeholders" four key questions:
We know that three is a perfect number for managing and being strategic so we combined Laughter and Love into just Love.

It can be extended into
"We Love to Learn so we can Learn to Lead so we can Lead with Love".
Our Mission is collectively arrived at and owned. It is beautiful, simple, and clear, and our children refer to it frequently.
